Leadbay responds to feedback to launch remortgage with debt
4th July 2009
Leadbay has responded directly to the feedback of the advisers it works with to provide a new category of leads called remortgage with debt.
The new category identifies people who are asking to speak to an adviser about a remortgage, but who also have at least £5000 worth of debt. This will enable advisers to identify potential clients who are in need of help with their debts as well as in need of a remortgage.
It means that advisers who are actively looking to help people with their debts either through their next remortgage, or through other means, can be put in touch with exactly the type of new client they are looking for, where-as other advisers who want clean remortgage cases, with no debts, that are easy to place, can also speak to exactly the type of person that they need for their business.
The new category launched to Leadbay's existing brokers today and is now being rolled out to the whole country. There was an immediate response from current Leadbay users.
Mortgage, protection and general insurance adviser, Ian Dawson was one of the advisers who emailed Leadbay within a couple of hours of the new 'remortgage with debt' category going live to say, "Well done Leadbay for adding the re-mortgage + debt category so quickly after your review. This show’s there is a lead generation company who understands what intermediaries and consumers are looking for."
Grant Stevens, managing director of Leadbay says, "We take an active interest in feedback from the advisers who buy from Leadbay – and those who don't – and like to respond quickly to suggestions wherever possible. In this case we had quite a large number of advisers asking if we could give them access to remortgage clients who also had a large amount of debt because they could cross sell relevant products to them, helping the client while making their own businesses more sustainable.
"Our launch today is directly as a result of actively listening to what people say to us and acting on it and response so far seems to be overwhelmingly positive."
