Leadbay has just become directly authorised by the FSA.
Mortgage lead generation is not a regulated activity but Leadbay prefers to build its process and procedures around a regulated environment. That way, mortgage advisers can have full confidence in all leads they buy from Leadbay and know beyond doubt that they will always receive the highest quality prospects provided in a fully compliant manner.
Leadbay has always gone out of its way to ensure that its leads are fully compliant and that all consumers coming via Leadbay clearly give express consent for a named adviser to call them. Without these measures in place it is possible for a mortgage adviser to be fined by the FSA for cold calling.
