More Choice for Advisers

This week Leadbay is upgrading the service that it offers to mortgage advisers. The Leadbay website is being upgraded to offer both a better service and even higher quality leads.

As part of the upgrade, Leadbay are giving advisers the choice to buy telephone generated leads separately, if they choose, alongside their traditional internet leads. Many advisers prefer telephone generated leads as they feel they give them a better conversion rate as the potential borrower has already spoken to someone and confirmed their need for advice before the adviser calls them. Each telephone generated lead is qualified twice and the potential borrowers are confirmed as actively seeking remortgage advice by a live call centre agent.

Simon Baker, Leadbay’s Operation’s Manager says, “This is the start of a series of upgrades that will provide mortgage and loan advisers with an ever improving service and enable Leadbay to continue offering the highest quality of leads available.

“By creating a separate telephone lead category, we are enabling advisers to choose the leads from which they get the best conversion rates, so they can buy fewer leads to get more business and increase their return on investment.”
